I am a mural and faux finish artist, I work very long hours, assembling scaffolding, during extremely physical work with trowelling plaster, painting large areas. I go to chiropractor and massage when I can. What gets me through the day is the blue cryogel. I gave some to my daughter, she play competitive soccer, she's 16 and her entire team now shares her tube. I purchase multiple tubes and share with my sister, mother, friend.
